Guidelines for Oral Presenter
- Keynote talks will be delivered for 40 minutes per each talk.
Invited talks will be delivered for 25 minutes and 5 minutes will be given for Q & A per each talk.
But the session chair will moderate the session
Other oral talks will be delivered for 15 minutes and 5 minutes will be given for Q & A per each talk.

Guidelines for Poster Presenter |

* Poster presenters will be provided with a blank poster board and tapes for mounting posters on it.
(The dimension is as below.)
1. Poster size: The surface area of the poster board is 122 cm wide and 240 cm high (122 ¡¿ 240 cm). This
area will be separated by two parts (secretariat use, body). You can use 90 cm (W) ¡¿ 120 cm (H) area of the board for your contents of poster presentation. Your presentation must be limited to this area.
2. Poster Number : Poster number signage designating your poster board will be provided by secretariat
and positioned in the upper left-hand corner of the board
.
3. The boards will be arranged in the order that the poster presentations are listed in the final program
4. Mounting and removing of your poster
All presenters are requested to mount and remove posters on the appropriate dates and time as
indicated below

5. The Organizing Committee does not assume any responsibility for material displayed on the poster
boards. Nobody will be held responsible for posters not collected at the end of the session.
